Teenagers are different. I know lots of them, who even don`t know how to turn on/off Wi-Fi on the phone. The same time others are really advanced in my professional areas. The same is with the adults.
Attraction toward gambling may increase, but i mostly talk about the result after restrictions. The quantity of gamblers fall down seriously. And began to grow up again, but from the new minimum.
If the attraction of gamblers increases, it will definitely have an effect on gamblers. In fact, many things change with time, which makes it difficult to say. Adults do many things knowingly and even use their knowledge and intelligence. You are leaving out the issue of teenagers, but in this situation, the most offensive thing is that they were not discussed properly. Therefore, teenagers and adults should be treated equally to reduce crime over time.
We mustn`t think about teenagers. If they have the same rights with adults, they must have the same responsibility as the adults. If they are too young to understand it - it means that the government ought to increase the age of becoming adult.
I don`t sure that attraction of the gambling increases, but i say it without any statistics - just watching around. I don`t have any mate, who become a gambler or at least interesting in gambling. Of course there are new gamblers, but i don`t see changes around me.
