Conte definitely played a huge role, but the management was of course helpful for him. We have seen them put a great team at the hands of Conte, and that is how they won the league. Because no matter how good Conte is, and no matter how wonderful he played the team, if management gave him a terrible team, then he wouldn't have done a good job.

Osimhen situation was a bit troublesome, so maybe we could say that was a bit of an issue for Conte, but he was given Lukaku instead, the only problem I see is them selling Kvara, just as they were trying to win the league, which could have made it very difficult, and did, but Conte still managed to win. I hope that they realize they need to give him players, not take good ones away.

Yes, I've always said that when Antonio Conte came to Napoli, he would put everyone in order and bring everyone into line, even the president.
He rightly has a formula and the formula requires that he is the only coach and not the team owner.
as they say in Italy, clear agreements make for a long friendship.

A good coach needs the right environment to succeed and with the right players it would make the job look easier that's why Conte succeeded at Napoli, Conte is a very good manager though he's succeeded at England with Chelsea in a similar way, I think it was in his first season too, so when Napoli signed him and gave him good players to work with, I expected that he'll succeed but winning the league was very suprising to me.

Losing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia was a big blow to Napoli, he was one of the key players in the team, I wondered how Conte was to succeed without Osimhen, Khvicha and other players in the era of Spalletti, but he had to replace them with Lukaku and Nerez and they're doing fine in the team.
