Conte definitely played a huge role, but the management was of course helpful for him. We have seen them put a great team at the hands of Conte, and that is how they won the league. Because no matter how good Conte is, and no matter how wonderful he played the team, if management gave him a terrible team, then he wouldn't have done a good job.
Osimhen situation was a bit troublesome, so maybe we could say that was a bit of an issue for Conte, but he was given Lukaku instead, the only problem I see is them selling Kvara, just as they were trying to win the league, which could have made it very difficult, and did, but Conte still managed to win.
