Manchester United Football Club managed to win against West Ham in a friendly match, we even saw the Portuguese player put them ahead in this pre-season match. Perhaps everyone noticed that Man Utd's new signing Matheus Cunha was able to play in this match, but it still felt like Bruno Fernandes was still their team's main driving force. To be honest that player managed to score two goals against West Ham in a friendly match. Man U had a good lead in this match against West Ham Football Team, but in my opinion hojlund missed a good chance. It can be said that this summer could be very important for this player because hojlund might gain absolute power in this team and impress this team with his versatile talent.

Manchester United football games is always centered on Bruno Fernandez which has made him the most important player in the team since his arrival. Yesterday's game was nothing different from Man U pattern of ball. If you watch Man U in recent years, you will realise they don't play possession kind of ball like Manchester city. They focus more on getting the goal than hurdling the ball in the name of possession. Even though that the coach still has a lot of work to do in the team, Cunha is just new to the team and needs time to blend. The game was not a very bad one , they went for the post as you can see from the stats. They had lowest possession but consistent shots. You can't score without shots on the post. Westham was more concerned about not letting the ball go, because they didn't want to be loosing possession so they didn't have the ability to shoot freely which also led to the results of the game. If you watch Chelsea games, you will understand that they choose shots over possessions and that's why they're succeeding always with their available talents.
If I were a Manchester United fans I would be very disappointed with the manager for saying this sort of rubbish. When other club managers are really saying positive things about their team here we are with Manchester United. As a manager that has identified what is going to make you suffer during this season, why don't you fix it now. You are getting the players you want to build your team with, yet you making excuses already. What nonsense.
He is a young coach and only got success in Sporting Lisbon and his success is less than what Andre Villa Boas got with Porto years ago. We knew that coach moved from Porto to Chelsea and he failed in Chelsea and later failed in Tottenham Hotspur.

It's not sort of negative thinking of management capability or prediction about probability of success of Ruben Amorim in Manchester United but realistically, this head coach position in Manchester United is biggest challenge he has ever taken in his head coach career. There is big risk of failure for Ruben Amorim in Manchester United and his words somewhat show how he has been struggling in handling against expectation and pressure on him.
When you accept to be the coach of Manchester United, you should know what you are heading into. You should know that immediate success is expected from you. Even though the trophies are not coming in at the moment, but your football pattern should show that you know what you are doing. If Amorim knew that he's not up to the task, he shouldn't have accepted the job. He should swing into action and stop giving excuses. Even though I know he's building up his team, at least he should use words that will encourage the fans of the club. And not making excuses already.
Exactly. Anyone who's signing as Manchester United coach has a lot of challenges to face. The club is results oriented and the fans are also another nut to crack. Once a coach is able to win the hearts of the fans, he's good to go but you cannot win the hearts of the fans without results. Another thing is that, someone like Ruben Amorim has to understand that the media is a bad tool that has sacked many coaches and mind his words during interview. United fans are already angry and need solution, so he has to mind his choice of words if he must succeed in the team. Erik Ten Hag had the opportunity to stay as long as he did because he understood it at the initial time even though he wasn't given enough opportunity at the club. The fans have a lot of influences on the management which is what any coach should also understand.
While a friendly match doesn't guarantee anything, it's crucial for Manchester United to build their mentality for next season.
Overall, there aren't many changes to the Manchester United squad for next season, so I don't think their performance will be much different unless Amorim can maintain consistency.

Menatally Man Utd this year will be better than last, but they didnt sign any significant player yet, so I think that they will be better positioned but not anywhere near the Europa postion. My best guess is maybe 10th but maybe that is also too much for them. They are now in trouble because they are slowly droping out of the saw call "Big Six".
I believe that Man U will be much better this season. It's not about signing all the players in the world, it's about utilizing the available ones very well. The choice of lineups for each game has to be nearly consistent and I think the coach would look into it. Finishing 17th last season is something no one expected and I think that was because he was focusing on the Europa. I think that he may be able to near the 7th position by the end of this season because he has Epl as his main job for the season.
