Real Madrid isn't what it used to be; a lot has changed at the team. Their economy is now based on making money, and they seem to be trying to buy players at low prices and sell them back at high prices. Their transfers haven't been very large in recent years anyway, but this season they're acting a bit more generous and making new signings. If they're going to pay over 50 million for a player now, it's probably to sell them for more. I think Dean Huijsen will be sold for 100 million in two or three seasons Smiley
If truely Real Madrid are now abducting a Dortmund’s strategy to buy for small and sell in the near future for high price it is not a bad strategy in my opinion but I hope they wouldn’t focus more on economical growth and forget to develop their team and winning trophies, if not then I think they are abducting a good style for business even as they improve and continue to win trophies.
I don't think buying and selling players is a bad strategy, as it aims to generate profits that can be reinvested in recruiting new players. Almost all football clubs employ this policy, they retain key players and release those who contribute less. Furthermore, I believe Florentino Perez is a brilliant president who has maintained Real Madrid position as an elite club in the world for so many years. The number of trophies Real Madrid has won under his leadership speaks for itself and justifies every decision he has made.
