I think Real Madrid still have quite a lot of problems. Just remember the match against PSG when they conceded four goals in one game. The players recovering from injury, Militao and Carvajal, were not ready at that time to play the full match, and we do not know what kind of shape they will be in when they return or how much time they will need to fully get back into the game. Also let us not forget that Militao has had this injury several times before, and Carvajal also had a very serious injury, so it is unclear how ready they are to return right now. In addition to their ongoing issues in defense, they have now started having problems in midfield too.

Agree . Real Madrid's squad is not yet stable. They have a strong squad. However, the performance of the players is still erratic. More importantly , Xabi alonso has not yet been able to create his best match strategy. There are several  problems in the squad.
We saw that Real madrid performed well from the first match in the FIFA Club World Cup. But when they faced PSG, their defense suddenly collapsed. After conceding goals quickly , Madrid's players could not create any chance of comeback. It seemed that there was a lack of confidence among the players.
It does appear that Madrid hasn't fully recovered, especially in defense. The players haven't been cohesive when facing fast attacks from opponents, and the defeat to PSG will be a lesson for Xabi to evaluate ahead of the new season. I also believe that Madrid's squad actually has many quality players, but Xabi needs to develop a new strategy when facing opponents of equal strength.

Real Madrid are fine when they face weaker teams, but when they meet a worthy opponent, the players seem to lose their character and lose confidence, as was evident in their loss to PSG. Real Madrid's defense was a weak point last season, but with the transfers made so far, Xabi is prioritizing building a strong defense. We'll see if Xabi can make Real Madrid solid in La Liga and the UCL.
