UPDATE: After I wrote off BC.game as a scam and threw away my balance since they blocked my withdrawal, BC game have no changed my verification status to approved (without any further nudging from me.....)
Did they just delay my withdrawal to encourage me to throw away the balance..............................................
This also means that my initial verification submission was perfectly fine and wrongly blocked since I haven't resubmitted anything...........
Hmm... have it ever crossed into the realm of possibility in your mind that maybe... just maybe, because I am not sure myself how far is my influence and nudge that I did earlier today affected your situation, but is it remotely possible to you that they look into your case and manually check and adjust your "type of document" for the KYC after
