Can I add one more "rule" to this escrow agreement? When you ask to return the money, you should remove the Escrow Guarantee from the OP and your website. Without changing it, no escrow money should be returned.

Thanks for your contribution. This is a good improvement. We agree that the bond won't be released until we remove all "Escrow Guarantee" references from our OP and website and post a dated notice. @SFR10 will have to verify this before returning the funds.
