The team that will emerge as the favorite for the upcoming season is Liverpool but the awkward experience we had against Chelsea in the Club World Cup accordingly they have been able to create coordination between the forwards which is now much more consistent in confusing the opposition. I fully believe that maybe Liverpool is not confused by them at all because they are currently thinking very deeply and reviewing the transfer market.
Liverpool Football Club's historic transfer deals are very majestic as they are selecting world class players, and we see that they sold Luis Diaz to Bayern Munich for a very large price, So it can be said that this team may bring innovation to the game and build a team with modest expenses.
Liverpool always emerge as favorites, but that doesn't mean they can always replicate last season's form. So far, only Manchester City has managed to defend four consecutive Premier League titles in recent seasons before Liverpool slayed them last season, so don't discount Manchester City next season. Manchester City will try to bounce back and regain its best form in the coming season, so the favorites are not only Liverpool, but Manchester City and several teams including Arsenal will also be favorites.

My picks remain the same from season to season, I'll certainly pick Manchester City as a potential Premier League title contender.
