Please don't get mad. I know it's not your usual behavior. Sometimes, you have to control yourself and ignore these things. It is obvious that the casinos do not know much about the forum members. They don't see any difference between you and a newbie if they do not know you already. So, I would suggest keeping it personal and moving on. I don't like the BC game for one reason, and that is communication. They have been criticized hundreds of times because of their poor support. But yeah, we were talking about something else here.
