I would have disagreed with anyone if I was told before the start of the just concluded season that Manchester United was going to finish 15th on the table. However, after such a precarious end of a season I had felt that United would be more busy than any side in the EPL in signing players, convincing them to the project of the club . But instead it's the teams that finished top in the league are even spending more in bringing in players to increase their squad depth.
