As a Nigerian myself, I already gave up on the girls after the game after the first half seeing that it ended in a 2:0 in favor of Morocco, I was watching the match but I left in utter disappointment after the first half believing we lost, but then, I was totally surprised when after about an hour or going to an hour, I started hearing shouts and celebration all around, I came out to find out what the shout was all about and then I was made to know the Nigerian girls won the cup, I gave a big smile.

The Nigerian women's football have been making the country proud, how i wish the super eagles will learn and emulate from this ladies, using this medium to congrat the girls ones again and say they keep up the good work.
I couldn't watch the match on live TV since I had a few things to put in place that night but was listening to commentary about the match on radio. I still remember how some Nigerians that were calling to the radio station to share their thoughts on the game within the 15 minutes break given after the first half ended. Most expressed hopelessness in the Super Falcons coming back in that game due to the 2 goals down they were already facing and considering how the Moroccans had dominated the first 45 minutes. Only to the astonishment of we everyone, they came back to the second half and changed the tone of the game ending it in 2-3 instead.
And I'm sure you've watched replays or highlights of the match to satisfy your curiosity, because the match between these two teams was truly extraordinary. Despite Morocco leading 2-0 within the first 25 minutes of the first half, and after trailing 2-0, the Atlas Lionesses couldn't withstand a brilliant counterattack from the Super Falcons in the second half. Nigeria's first goal came from a penalty kick from Esther Okoronkwo in the 64th minute, and it immediately had a huge impact on the Moroccan players and had a shocking psychological impact, ultimately leading to a 2-3 defeat.
Oh yes I took time to watch the highlights and it was really fascinating and thrilling with all that comeback  which all started with Esther Okoronkwo goal that ignited the momentum that followed with the rest of the two goals after. What happened in the second half was that the Moroccan women felt victorious before the end of the goal and fell back since they were leading 2 goals already. A mistake the Super Falcons capitalized on.
