Well thats weird because his answers would be intertwined with each another unless he really puts in all random guess there. If he choose Spain to win then obviously he will need to base his answers on Spain to win 1-0, 2-1, 3-1 and so on
so since he got questions like both team to score and under 2.5 goals correctly as well as Spain not to score on 2nd half ( or was it England to score on 2nd half ) then I could say that this dude is extremely lucky that his random guess were actually getting him 19/20. Spain literally let the dude down by not winning in regular time, damn it was $1M though. Tough luck
