Having an alt isn't a crime, but using an alt to spam over the forum is considered a crime. When you have done something wrong, instead of creating an allegations thread, you may post or ask for an apology. Neutral feedback was just to warn about your spam activity. You had to request to remove the feedback after refraining yourself.
