Ramsdale to Newcastle is a great move for both the player and the club. They need a more reliable goalkeeper than what they have, and he will certainly be in the starting eleven. Ramsdale was marvellous at Arsenal, and I'm still a little bit disappointed that they sold him to Southampton. He had his ups and downs, but he was a very talented goalkeeper.

He would have been one of the best in the EPL but Arteta didn't give him that opportunity to right his wrong but letting him go permanently. Ramsdale has player for clubs that couldn't survive the heat of the EPL and they end up being relegated, hope this won't happen to Newcastle any time soon. The only problem Ramsdale had back then at Arsenal was not being able to play the ball with his teammates like the way Man City players doesn't with their goalkeeper, those mistakes alone cost Ramsdale unnecessary goals he conceded. One thing I love is the energy he brings to the team, always angry and shout at the defenders to keep up when they make some silly mistakes. Let's hope he becomes better than we saw him at Arsenal and Southampton.
