It would be quite tough except those other teams invest heavily on their clubs to be in the standard of PSG then they can think of doing fine in the Champions League or coming close to winning the trophy, for now the least they can do is try to compete with PSG in the Ligue 1 for the title and other minor titles in the French league, for now PSG remains the only club that can go that far in the Champions League.
It took them years, to build an strong team that can rival other top clubs in Europe so you could imagine how long it would take those clubs who aren't close to the standards of PSG yet, like I said it would take lots of investments from their owners for them to match the standards of PSG and rival the likes of Barcelona, Inter, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Bayern Munich and other top clubs in Europe.
Well it's almost impossible for any club in the League 1 to compete against PSG unless that club is backed by another billionaire owner if not, the possibility of them having a competition against PSG is almost impossible if not impossible even. Yeah, it took them years to build this squad that has even won the champions league, yes are absolutely right on that. For now it's only PSG that has a team from League 1 that's representing the league in the UCL.
