Manchester City are still a strong side despite the little setback they had last season, pep guardiola is one coach that evolves with time and I know he will come back improving technically, although one thing that has affected his team lately is the absence of Rodri for the entire last season and now Kevin De Bruyne has left which is an almost impossible replacement. Whatever pep guardiola is cooking behind the scene for the coming season, nobody really knows but I believe it will be delicious.
Many people think that Manchester City has passed its glory days and it takes regeneration to get it back well the problem is now it's the turn of other teams to take over, especially the teams that have been preparing their squads for a long time like Chelsea, Arsenal while Liverpool is still on track and I think Liverpool will soon pass its glory days. if we look back at the last 10 years then we can see how these teams have taken turns dominating the Premier League.
