Don't fall for scams, be vigilant and report any suspicious activity that you notice. As we have people that're genuinely and willing to help you on the forum, so we have people that their intentions are to steal from you. Links being sent to you in DM shouldn't be clicked when they're unknown and the messages should be ignored. There are different ways of gaining control of people wallets and devices that we mightn't even know of therefore being vigilant is the only solution to help us out. Newbies are always the target because they can be easily convinced even when the scams are obvious. They get easily deceive because the messagers promise then outrageous money so that should be the watch out tactics.

Never click on strange links sent in private messages as this is a common way to steal your information or put viruses on your devices. Scammers have many ways to get into your wallets and devices even some ways experienced users might not know so always watchful is best defense. New users are mostly targets because they are easily fooled by promises of huge money which is classic scammer trick so always be suspicious if something sounds too good to be true.
