There is an option to keep your email hidden and I totally recommend selecting that option if you choose to use your email.

Email is not an aspect to security if you stake your bitcoin address. I also think anyone that is able to protect his seed phrase should be able to protect his password. If he can backup his password somewhere in like 2 or 3 places and also have it in memory, I think he can not lost his account.Just my own opinion but I use email.
No need for that, you can hide your email from others.
Go to Account related settings and tick "Hide email address from public?"
