Before playing or doing any activity we should think about what we are going to do, not get carried away by impulses, emotions or anything like that because that implies losing money , so if we apply our intelligence before playing we should have the money ready to lose, if we put it that way it seems to me that it is very good and it is the best and there you play or take a risk responsibly.

If you can control your impulses as a gambler you have solved 80 percent of your problems. If you have every chased your losses before you would know the type of feeling that it comes with, at that moment it seems like you are being pushed by an external force but this is all psychological. Just because you are trying to avert losses and get back what you have lost due to emotions you would gamble uncomfortably
I believe it was not just 80% but 99%. All the mistakes we made are coming from emotions. Most gamblers find themselves out of control all the time. Not just when they lose, but also when they win.

Honestly, controlling our emotions is the toughest thing that a gambler can do. Why? That is because gambling is tempting. When we win, we want more. But when we lose, we chase them. That is why we more often lose than win. And there is no need to question why. Instead, ask ourselves why.
