Before playing or doing any activity we should think about what we are going to do, not get carried away by impulses, emotions or anything like that because that implies losing money , so if we apply our intelligence before playing we should have the money ready to lose, if we put it that way it seems to me that it is very good and it is the best and there you play or take a risk responsibly.
If you can control your impulses as a gambler you have solved 80 percent of your problems. If you have every chased your losses before you would know the type of feeling that it comes with, at that moment it seems like you are being pushed by an external force but this is all psychological.
