Have you tried the solution that @dkbit98 mentioned in the latter parts of number 3 (using the phone camera)?
yes, i have tried that and couple of other things but
the thing is the upper part of the display that shows the characters
during the passphrase restore is completely gone and mine was 24 word passphrase
and i just can't see the characters to make words, see:
waste of money it was, the device as well as the coins lost inside it
