And how is the money(probably less than $3M) going to solve the problem of the country when the government don't actually have plans for development in the first place. The Super falcons deserved what they got tbh, and I think other countries would have done the same without thinking twice. Even across Europes, players receives bonuses, which is different from their salaries, so i don't see the need for the hate in the first place.

It's quite unfortunate that our super eagles can't replicate same. These ladies deserved it, and seeing that they had to come from behind to win the game makes everything even more special. We just need to stop all these unnecessary hate and learn to give flowers to those that has done well. Congrats to them.
