Anonymity is crucial for a casino, no one wants to be known about his winnings, especially if the winnings are large or there are many of them. As for the exchangers, there are fewer and fewer anonymous exchangers now.
But the question everyone is asking I'd that, is that even possible this days? Because many casinos would vo.e here and tell people no KYC casino and when someone wins big, KYC request would start and their would be some kind of conflict between the two people. And when the accused of the casino create thread here many would ask for evidence. But we don't really know what conspired both on the background.
On paper every crypto casino has the permission to ask for a KYC because that's the part of international AML but there are some crypto casinos that have probably never asked for a KYC documentation. For example, as far as I know, freebitco.in, bustabit, bustadice and l0tt0 have never asked anybody to submit KYC despite the fact that they can legally request that. Metawin also has a nice terms for Web3 wallet users, you can deposit/withdraw up to 10 ETH without human interaction. To be completely no-kyc, you have to be unlicensed, unregulated casino and playing on such a casino, is a little bit dangerous, it's completely based on online trust.

Regulators set requirements for casinos, including conducting KYC procedures. There are no requirements only in casinos without any licencens, but there may be fraud and deception. And each user already determines for himself what is most important to him - security or anonymity.
Upon all the regulations they have gotten from them, some casinos still come and tell us that they are running No KYC casino and making people to believe and register with them and play games and only for the gamblers to find out that they are heavily KYC probably when they are requested to join the VIP groups or Clubs or upgrading of account.
It is good to come out plain and the interested gamblers would still join and play games there. And if a casino has some countries restricted, they should state it clearly on the ToS or on the interface of the casino by not allowing the user to register so gamblers would suffer and use their energy to visit the site.
