I do not want to compare with other teams, but sometimes during the preseason a team shows very good performance in friendly matches, scores a lot of goals, but when the official season starts, they are unable to play, score very little, and so on. What I want to say is that nonofficial games and everything we see in the preseason should not be taken as something encouraging regarding Manchester United. For now, I do not believe that Amorim, by making just a few transfers, can change the team so drastically. So yes, it is good that they are winning, but we need to wait for the season to start.
I am sure they were good enough to beat Bournemouth last year too, I am not saying they should, I am just saying they could. Last season they lost one and got a tie in another, but they could have won too. The actual issue they are declining to see is the fact that they had only 2 transfers so far this summer, just two.

So from a team that finished 15th, changing just two players, how better can they really get? Like with just 2 transfers they can move from 15th to 5th? Obviously not, we can all see that, 9 players at least going to be the same players, and when these two players injured or tired or just subbed out, we will have the same team as last year. How would that help them in any kind of way? They needed to get a lot more.
