do you think that there is an association between a calamity and higher cases of crime in a country?

This is because the calamity victims lacks support from the government; they need to feed their family, and their shops and factories are still closed, so they are forced to do these things.
it is really sad and while it is amazing to see how a country can learn to be together and help each other the responsibility should really lie on the government's shoulders and not of their citizens

If the government cannot provide shelter or a good evacuation center, and enough relief goods, people resort to stealing.
this is what makes a good community anyway but as usual there are too many corrupt individuals to make it happen
