This sounds absolutely ridiculous. But for my case, they say that I am "exploiting" and refuses to elaborate further. I guess we are on the same boat.


Here's another update from BK8, they approached me directly and is forcing me to withdraw just my deposit, and then close my account. I never agreed to it and I explicitly mentioned that I will not withdraw, just so that they can keep my account open, but they refused. It feels like they’re trying to quietly wipe the balance and move on, without transparency or due process. I’ve also explicitly given consent in the forum to share logs for investigation, but they continue to ignore that.

Is this considered fair treatment? They’re pushing me to walk away from winnings without even basic evidence or audit, and I just wanted a transparent review. I’m open to mediation or further discussion, but this looks like a silent denial of accountability. Please, any advice or support is much appreciated.
