Information reaching the social media about the recent decision made by the government in Algeria in Africa to have completely ban the use of cryptocurrencies in the country, this includes mining, selling and buying or making any form of payment in cryptocurrency including Bitcoin, while other countries are moving to adopt bitcoin, Algeria is reasoning the opposite way by placing a ban.

They believed that this decision made was as a result of being the use of cryptocurrency as a means to engage into illegal financial activities such as scam and other fraudulent attempts by the people, you can read further from the links below and drop your opinion on this ban.

It is not reasonable for the Algerian government to prioritize Bitcoin and then ban it again. This is creating a kind of instability in the country and harassing investors and ordinary people. If the legality of Bitcoin or the use of Bitcoin had been banned in the country from the beginning, there would have been no concern about this, but the Algerian government should carefully examine why Bitcoin is being banned despite its use and have an open discussion with the public. In addition, in a situation where various countries and large investment institutions are prioritizing Bitcoin and investing all their money in Bitcoin, such a decision by Algeria is not reasonable at all.
