Hello, I recently noticed "newbie" members are not able to report spam or misplaced posts if they recently made any post of their own. The forum software gives the error message about time required between posts. The attempt to contact a mod should not be considered a new post, thank you.
It is not a bug, you’re just starting up on this forum, so it’s likely you’re restricted with many things for now to avoid spamming the whole board. Some newbies tend to have some ulterior motives that are not in condemn with what the forum approves, so limitations like this avoid them from even getting to scam and get away with it easily.
This limitations will be lifted gradually and you’ll not have any limitations to post on your account again, we have all been there before, so it’s not surprising seeing you making such complains. You are just limited to post, but also not have the approval to message some high rank member like legendaries due to spam. So it’s possible you can’t send the moderator a personal message on the forum and that’s why you’re receiving that error.
