Compute and store 2**80 H160s (from different private keys) and you'll reach the 50% threshold to get your first H160 collision between some of the stored items. Not there yet? Keep crunching at it until it pops.
NB: you might have some difficulty storing more data than the combined capacity of all storage devices in existence allows.
