merit centered, there actually threads that are meaningful and that adds value to members of the local board and that tells that we are in on this ride for the long run. hopefully, if we continue to remain top in our actively on the forum and still try to maintain quality posting when we go out to engage in general boards, it will also help to make our reputation better such that we are known for positive things on the forum.
