Fun gamblers can become addicted if they're trying to enjoy because it doesn't take long time for ppl to change. It can start as fun but it's possible you'll change. Losing money which you've saved will hurt so ppl shouldn't gamble.

Money you’ve worked so hard to earn, anytime you’re losing that money back into anything, you’ll feel the pain of loss no matter how little it will be. Those that gamble for fun may have a little feeling of pain when compared to those that don’t do it for fun and just do it in order to make money from it and depend on that win to sought out life issues.

People mistake gambling for fun as not feeling any remorseful anytime you hit a loss, they just got a better emotional control than those that gambling for the win obviously. Lasting long in the casino still depends on your risk management approach and knowing when to stop for the day and when to continue even when you’ve encountered either a loss or win in the bets you’ve taking for the day.
As long as you can maintain your self-control and accept it as just entertainment, it is certainly good, enjoyable and not harmful, it is certainly true that people do not take many time to change, but does this apply to everyone? There are many gamblers who have been gambling for a long time and they always keep themselves within limits, and they are never addicted. So if you can maintain the right mindset and all the limitations here, then there is no reason to stop gambling.
