As advised in the previous chat - You will be notified via email once the funds have been refunded to you. There is no ETA as to how long this can take due to the fact that the refund is being made manually so there is no point waiting on chat. Once the refund has been completed you will be advised via the escalation ticket which was sent to you via email.

I said it will take a few minutes for the escalation ticket to be sent to you. There is no way that it takes a few minutes for the refund to be made which is why it was escalated.
