I doubt it. I get that they were great at one point but looking at it right now, I would say just because a team was great last season, doesn't mean it will happen again this season. Think about it this way, how many teams have you seen that won UCL back to back? Aside from Real Madrid who did it three times in a row in recent memory, I do not remember any.
This means that we are not going to see PSG winning again to make it back to back being easy at all. If it was easy, every year the best team would do it. Hell even treble winner City recently got destroyed. So we shouldn't expect them to be that great, it just doesn't happen that often so we shouldn't really see this as a way to move forward with it at all.
