Learning Bitcoin technically and in terms of development is indeed excellent, provided you have a strong determination and the time to devote to it. Personally, I am also interested in learning more about Bitcoin, especially its development. I have often tried reading and watching explanations about it, but I haven't had the time or opportunity to learn it in practice, so I am currently stuck with that. Actually, if we search further, we can find several websites and even YouTube videos that explain and practice learning about Bitcoin. I think it is even better to learn from a true expert. In my country, there is an online academy that claims to provide users with this training, and they also provide international experts for this, I am really interested in learning from an expert like that, but it is paid, and I don't know of any free ones, If I find one, I will let you know.
