If for some reason you have not received the bonus then you must have done something that is against their ToS. And because of that you may not be eligible for the bonus.

Just because someone who hasn't received their bonus should be accused of cheating. That's wrong to be honest.
There are criteria on how they distribute the bonuses and if some are not part of it, they just have to move on and wait for the next one if there's coming more.
And just casually gamble again because if aiming for the bonus is the main thing, you'll lose more what you can afford.
Being not eligible means as is, no other reasons and didn't hit the threshold of their criteria.
