You're right sir, Everything starts with a single pushed. It is a gradual process and I having been taken my time to build up my Arm strength. When I first started this challenge ,I was doing below 30 pushups a day and as time goes on I am now doing up to 50 pushes a day. I tried doing more than that but I couldn't so I decided not rush it , to maintain my current 50 pushups for a day until I am strong enough to pass that number.

Increasing the quantity of your push-ups is a gradual process. Since you recently increased the quantity of your push-ups from 30 push-ups to 50 push-ups, you don't need to be in a hurry to increase the quantity of your push-ups. You need to do 50 push-ups for at least one month to build up strength so that when you attempt to increase the quantity of your push-ups, you will be able to achieve it.
