If we deposit fiat and withdraw it as crypto then it can be abused for money laundering purpose that is why the higher level to avoid the abuse..
If you refer to the original post you have responded with, what's pointed out is the VIP Level 56 as a requirement to withdraw fiat.
As a user who has BC.game on signature, I thought you should realize that reaching level 56 is so tough. I don't think that's reasonable just because of concern about abusers, as not all users are like that, obviously. Level 56 requires 2369000 XP and just do the math on how much you need to wager before reaching that level.
Anyway, I'm not sure if that information is true.
I suggest the same, use crypto and deposit crypto because I read many complaints that users have trouble/pending withdrawal of fiat that needed to be taken care through submitting other proofs so why go through the hassle, enjoy the convenience by depositing and withdrawing bitcoin or stable coin as alternative for fiat value. 
FYI, crypto withdrawals in Bc.game also need both Basic and Advanced Verification. The same as on fiat withdrawal.I am not talking about the verification, it will be there but fiat withdrawals are handled through third party payment processors, which leads to delays and further verification from customer support when their system shows withdrawal as successful but it's still in the pending state from the payment processor side.
