Last night I tried to send BTC again, This time still not in my account, 15 hours long now, and it will take a week or less.
Any updates? Has your deposit been credited to your account and what do you mean by "it will take a week or less"? The last time this happened to you, you said it took support less than an hour to solve the problem. So, why don’t you just contact them again to speed things up again?
On their website, they say that crypto deposits are instant, so if this issue is recurring then they need to figure out what’s causing it and solve it once and for all.
I hope our brother Mr. Magkaisa will update us on the development of his deposit. All I know is that we have a dedicated support team that can be reached out to and prioritised.
On the bright side, it’s been 9 months since 1win made this announcement, and there have been no serious scam accusations in this forum. Although some accusations exist, they’re ignorable and lack proof or evidence.
But I still have a pending deposit which is not yet on my wallet, this time its FIAT depo. Bank transfer.
