There are some casinos that also demand you to wager at least 2x but I found this rule very unfair. Btw if there is a player that deposits money and withdraws multiple times without playing, they usually get banned.
That wagering rule is for some purpose. If there is no wagering requirement, some people may use the casino for money laundering purposes. They can still use it for that evil purpose but at least they have to fulfill the wagering requirement and risk their money. Additionally, if you can deposit money into the casino and then withdraw it to a different address, many people will use this method as an alternative to a mixer. With a mixer, you have to pay a specific fee but here, you can achieve a little bit of mixing but without any fees

I mean, casinos are traditionally used by criminal syndicates to try to launder their money and they still use crypto casinos for this porouse even today, that is why it would be counterproductive for staffs of casinos to allow people to withdraw without paying a minimum fee and also not having a minimum wagering requirement, in order to keep criminal launderers at bay at away from their platforms.
I recently I saw a documentary film, in which the narrator explained how there are some specific casinos on the internet which use video game skins and other centralized digital assets to launder money, it is quite interesting and also explains why sometimes casinos (regulated ones and fully complying with laws) will ban accounts participating with suspicious patterns of deposits and withdrawals.
