Does anyone face similar situation?

In bonus section BetFury notify me that my telegram monthly bonus is available for claim. When I click on it, it redirect me to telegram bot, which says "This bot is available only to registered users with Rank 2 or higher. Please sign in to your account and access the bot from the platform.". But my level is higher than 2, telegram account is connected with my account and I only have «/start» button to click in this bot.
