Cloudbet is back with its signature campaign, and the thread has a new life. It seems no one is interested in engaging in a discussion if a casino is not too popular or does not have a running signature campaign. We have seen several scam accusations against them, but they were inactive and did not post their responses on the scam accusation board. Since they are back again, I hope they will actively engage with the community so their customers get more confidence to use Cloudbet again.
This is their disadvantage before because they already leave the forum discussion especially answering concerns from users here and direct everything on live support despite they have an active signature campaign here in the past.
I hope they improve the communication now that they revamped their marketing in the forum.
It’s such a waste to create a discussion while there’s no representative available on cloudbet side.
