The @satoshigallery team are offering 0.1 BTC to whoever provides useful informations to recover the statue.

Probably some dumb morons who think there’s ‘sOmE oF tHoSe BiTc0rNz InSiD3

What a shame, hope it is found and returned ASAP.

Maybe the person stole that is so damn broke and think about that there's hidden code attach inside on which he or they could get lots Bitcoins in that statue.
hahaha! So instead of buying and stashing some sats for himself he decided the best option was to steal the statue of Satoshi in the expectation of a possible hidden codes or seed phrases to a wallet inside the statue?! Does he think that those that built that statue in honour of Satoshi would be so dumb to even think of nursing such idea, how much more doing it.

Let's hope they recover the statue promptly and in good shape.

I think the Satoshi  statue was recovered from a nearby lake in Lugano but had damage to its stainless-steel structure... Hopefully it can be repaired and  reinstalled, and 20 more statues like it added in various places around the world representing the 21 million Bitcoins.
