1. Memorize the mnemonic story technique.
Create a story or sentence that uses the seed words in sequence.
This uses your brain's natural ability to remember stories better than random words.
Example: If the words are apple, boat, cat, and tree, you might remember:
"An apple fell into the boat, startled the cat, and made the tree's leaves sway."
this is the easiest and most painful way to even lose your seedphrase losing this seed phrase doesn’t mean you are handing it over to a scammer but you’re losing it through confusion. Just like the example you gave, there are other words there that are also parts of the seed phrase word list, how do you act make sure you don’t mix them together?
Do you plan to actually differentiate them maybe through colouring like you bolded them now? If it is so then it is of no difference when scammers get their hands on it. Personally this method writing your seed phrase down is just so bad that you will lose it yourself.
The best method is to write it out as it is without adding any redundancy and you should simply worry about where to store it so it doesn’t get exposed or the material it is on isn’t destroyed, every other thing is just so unnecessary
