For me, I think they should give them what they deserve and I know that they deserve the money they are getting because they have worked hard for it, after all most of these men and women in public offices does almost nothing but at the end of the month, they are been paid millions of naira. It's now these players have to get the money they deserve because after now, the government neglects them totally. The government doesn't care about patriots of the country and it's been proven over time before now.
It is a common attitude in Africa and Asia, rarer in other parts of the World.
promising people with money once they win, sometimes they give it to them, other times, they get nothing, sometimes they deduct taxes before...
Building stadiums and sophisticated stuff and structures are mandatory to improve the whole process to be able to compete at high levels and in every area. It is not linked to someone winning a trophy and a prize so some people are asking to get it from them like these people did nothing to get it!
