It probably depends on the token and its confirmation time. I remember making a deposit through SideShift using LTC, and it didn't take more than 10 minutes for it to show up in my SwC account, so the delay is probably not from the side of SideShift or SwC, but it might be from the network of the token/coin you've used for the deposit. What token did you deposit? Is it confirmed in the blockchain?

Tournaments are fun, you should've joined during the BSOP event, that was too much fun, more tournaments every day, both satellites and GTD ones, you would have had a lot of fun. Most of us used to play a lot of those tournaments together. There are tournaments whole day every day, that's the beauty of SwC, never a dull moment unlike many other platforms where you might have cash tables at all times but no tournaments available every day.
