Bayer Leverkusen doesn't seem like they have what it takes to succeed in the league next season because of the change in the team and their inability to retain some of their top players but having another manager is something that can also help them if Ten Hag will apply a formation that will help their performance and also think of signing new players that will help them I the team. The chances of the team finishing in the top4 depends on their performance, if they perform well they will finish among the top4 but if they perform poorly then they may not make the top4 list.
It is quite a pity for their glory days to be cut short in a blink of an eye, truth be told Erik ten hang can't maintain the same stand as xavi Alonso, and going to the lent of selling off some of the good players will only worsting the whole issue, like Bayern Leverkusen has just lost it, I really doubt if they can make it to the top for, but what is it with Erik ten hang the habit of selling off nice players and replacing them with what so ever he desires not minding the club and the fans, and he was actually doing well at Ajax, or should I say he had all that it takes to win that league as at that time?
I expect Erik Ten Hag to try his best at Leverkusen, he's had a little experience in the league so it shouldn't be a tough job for him, I know most people would be judging him with how he handled Manchester United but this is the Bundesliga and the pressure that was on him when he was as Manchester United won't be same at Leverkusen so he should atleast be able to finish in second or third position.
It's going to be tough for him to maintain what Xabi Alonso did in his first season with Leverkusen, Ten Hag might have a long unbeaten run but it won't get to 30 or even 40 as for top 4 there's a good possibility of finishing in that stop but fans should right off winning the league in his first season.
