As for your second question. I had not heard of any accident with Arman and Islam. Can you elaborate on this because I think many would be interested in this subject.
Tsarukyan pulled out of main event he was scheduled to fight in several months ago due to an injury. But they somehow explained it as a coverup due to weight cutting issues. This is what you mean?
Anyways, might place a few single bets on this upcoming fight night so best of luck to all who will be doing the same.
AFAIK, Arman only missed weight once, against Frevola at UFC 257 event. There are rumors that since the Arman was a very tough opponent (and probably the toughest) for Islam in their first fight, when Arman made his UFC debut against Islam Makhachev, they paid Arman money to pull out from the fight to not ruin Islam's record.
Then there is also another vloger that recorded video with Arman Tsarukyan and claims to be his friend. He said that Arman pulled off the fight because this man took him to hookers that night to have some fun and then there is Arman who claims some bullshit. I can't imagine how stupid can someone be to not make weight when you have such an opportunity to fight for the title and especially when you were one of the toughest opponent against the challenger when he was experienced and you made your debut.
From what I know about Arman Tsarukyan he is from a rather wealthy family and lives a well lavished lifestyle.
So when someone says that they paid him money to do something, I tend to question the source. And from what you had just stated, I would definitely do the same.
The guy doesn't need to fight for the same reasons that most in the organization have to and rely on fighting two or even three times a year.
From the sounds of it, Arman wants the easiest way to a title as possible and if it isn't on his terms he won't do it. That is all I can really say about this fighter and his current situation of trying to find a fight.

As for the Fight Night between Song and Taira, it was overall a very entertaining event.
Alot of upset in the later fights but the night started off with the first few favorites winning their bouts.

Chris Duncan beating Mateusz Rębecki was the major shocker of the night and was a great bloodbath of a match.
Neil Magny took care of business with knockout victory over Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos.
Kevin Vallejos seemed to have a difficult time trying to put away Danny Silva because he just kept coming no matter how many punches he took to the face with many praising Vallejos boxing comparing it to Ilia.
Rinya Nakamura put away Nathan Fletcher with a kick with his toes that hit him in his liver and put him down quickly after that.
Nick Klein was looking good at the start of the fight against Andrey Pulyaev but then that devasting kick put Nick away and it was nice looking knockout.
The main event went as many had predicted with Tatsuro Taira winning against Park who took this fight on short notice so he got him in a choke and submitted him quite quickly. As the fight did not go the distance.
