Signed address Wallets and seed phrase could be lost or misplaced after a long period of time but email account on a secured device stays almost forever. I think one should always prioritize having original email intact before proceeding to signing a message, this way you can always fall back to the available ones when the time comes.

Email is a centralised thing. Nobody owns it. What if your email provider decides to block/ban/disable your email? I mean this isn't anything impossible. For me, I use google as my email provider. And I have heard many times that people got their disabled for suspicious activity or no reason at all! So No! That is not the best method to secure your account.

Just as notocactus described, Bitcoin signing message, PGP these are more priotized in Bitcoin forum. Because you can have full control over these. Although it is also true that not all can use these or these may seem a little complex, specially for the newbies...
