As OP has not removed their (bogus) trust rating on pooya87, it is hard to take them seriously. This kind of de-escalation done in good faith would be the first and most obvious step in rectifying the situation.

pooya87 should know better than to leave these types of ratings and should also remove theirs, but there's not really much to be done except for considering excluding them on personal trust lists, if considered necessary (which is at least somewhat subjective).
