After dropping for 6 days in a row, Bitcoin is finally closing green on the 7th day. It really needed to bounce and it did. Those who sold around $112k might be regretting it now.
I kept it going with 200 push-ups again today. It was a Sunday spent doing housework. I hope everyone's weekend went well too.

It's not yet a bad market behaviour as we all know that bitcoin has been bullish for a long time setting several ATH on a roll and closely stable recently. However it's good that it's green again even though speculators still believe it will go further red before aim for another ATH. Whoever sells at the $112k price is a panic seller and those are not to measure success with. Being at $114k now does not still make it ready for sell. Bitcoin investment is a time oriented venture in which the longer the best. A week ago it was above $120k, while whales kept accumulating. This current (Supposed) dip is still a buy buy period. Investors wish it can always be all up, but bitcoin volatility is not one directional so periodic market corrections are expected to happen.

The price of Bitcoin is like this, someone sells it thinking the price will go down and then regrets it when the price of Bitcoin goes up again, and that's normal. But I was thinking that Bitcoin would recover from its downfall in this way.
Let's take Bitcoin price movement as how we take the push up challenge, when we want to get to a certain number of push up in a day we endure, have that patience to continue pushing till we get to that number we set for the day, it can't be at one but gradually we'd get to where we want to be. Endurance patience need to be put in play when ever it comes to how Bitcoin price operate, if we rush into it our goals can't be achieved at all so why not wait, if we can wait for Bitcoin price to get to $100k then why can't we wait for it to get to the new ATH or something bigger? No need to rush it, I believe it will hit $120k soon.
This is a new week to expect new things and we shouldn't use that negative energy of last week to start this week, finally I went back to my number of push up.

It's not just about building your biceps and triceps, it also gives a level of behavioural changes that enables a person remain dedicated to whatever he decides, in this context, the bitcoin accumulation. Joining this thread just a day after joining the forum contributed in so many decisions I've taken as regards Bitcoin accumulation. Anyone who can engage in a pushup exercise unfailingly daily is capable of maintaining his DCA approach since both bother on self discipline.
A new day, at the start of a new week, I hope we all have a great day ahead of all of us ,as we continue to strive to keep Bitcoin strong, I was able to do 20 pushups today and it's like am starting to feel it at my arms and shoulders, it's not easy but am not giving up, I would probably get used to it in know time and step up a bit.

You're welcome to the challenge. Even though it's called a challenge, you're not in competition with anyone so you don't have to fall to the urge to try overtaking anyone. All you could do is to challenge yourself, aim at pushing beyond your previous number and aspire to improve your skills. You can gain your motivation from others achievements so far in the thread but never be in a rush to achieve what someone used over one year to achieve just in one week.
Also, watch your body system each time you're doing your pushups and listen to every sign and symptoms you feel. When you can no longer push further, stop! This will help you remain in the challenge for long or possibly till God knows when. Lastly, I want to remind you that push-up exercise is not easy, this is not a discouragement but to help you prepare your mind for the first 2 to 3 weeks which you will be exposed to extreme pains and soreness after which you would get used to it and never feel it much the way it was. This is because, your muscles need to adapt to the sudden expansion you're exposing it to at the moment.
Push-up is good for your body and the benefit is solely personal, your health, your fitness, your good looks and your pride, so you are doing it for you and you alone.
New week new goal, 7 days of the week, 300 pushups per day. Monday over!
