I don't think this is really possible.
I don't believe that data analysis, research, or even logic can be truly useful in winning bets. I simply believe it all depends on luck.

Even if someone had some logic to analyze data and come up with a relatively good secret method for winning, it wouldn't work every time, and he wouldn't share it with anyone because sharing the method widely would reduce his chances of winning.

In sports betting I believe it is possible to have good results relatively consistently, but one must have real good knowledge about sports and current situation in every club and also be really interested on sports. Also that's not 100% guarantee that one will win.  Casinos and betting shops exist because people who bet there consistently lose more money than they win or else they could close the door.
This is what I meant in my previous post. Yes, some good results can be achieved, but nothing is 100% guaranteed to win.

You made an important point if there were a surefire way to win, bookmakers would close because they would be losing. However, the reality is that the percentage of losers is higher than the percentage of winners.
